1) Our commitment
GIDSnetwerk Foundation is committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on GIDSlink.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE and CSAM. Any violation may result in immediate enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Access model note:
GIDSlink is an invite-only platform. Even though access is restricted, these Child Safety Standards apply to all users, all content, and all interactions on the platform.

Immediate danger

5) Handling CSAE / CSAM reports
When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM (via reports, moderation, or other signals), we may take the following steps:
- Rapid triage and review by trained staff or designated reviewers
- Removal or restriction of access to violating content
- Account enforcement actions, including:
- warning
- temporary suspension
- permanent ban
- restriction of accounts, devices, or invitations (where feasible)
- Preservation of relevant information when legally required
- Reporting to appropriate authorities when required by law
CSAM reports are treated as urgent and high-priority.
6) Legal compliance and reporting
GIDSnetwerk Foundation complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates.
Where legally required and based on available information, we maintain procedures to report confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities (such as the NCMEC CyberTipline in the United States or relevant authorities in other regions) and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
7) Enforcement actions
Violations of these standards may result in:
- Content removal or access restriction
- Account suspension or termination
- Blocking of accounts, devices, domains, phone numbers, or other identifiers (where feasible)
- Referral to law enforcement or child protection authorities
- Any additional actions necessary to protect users and comply with law
Attempts to evade enforcement (for example by creating new accounts after a ban) may result in further removal.
8) Prevention and safety measures
Depending on platform features, we may use:
- Invite-based access controls
- Safety prompts and behavioral friction
- Rate limits on messaging or invitations
- Moderator review workflows and escalation procedures
- Staff training on CSAE/CSAM handling
We continuously review and improve our safety practices.
